In both cases, we want to be granted the right to come and live in Italy.
We do not have all the cards in hand in terms of Government communication.

As an Italian citizen through blood ties, in urgency. I am applying for citizenship under Exceptional Interest of the State (Art. 9, para. 2), providing a political basis for the Minister of the Interior to intervene on my behalf as a national interest to counter EU pressure on the LGBT agenda. I do not want my country, Italy, to become like the USA or Canada. Waiting for the judicial process and involving my disabled mother is not realistic and can put me and my son in danger again.
My case will help Italy with the following Public Order issues and falls under the Exceptional Interest of the State (Art. 9, para. 2):
Support Law No. 40 of 2004 (Legge 40/2004) - Assisted Reproduction that bans heterosexual and same-sex couples from accessing IVF with donor sperm/eggs and strictly prohibits Gestational Surrogacy (Gestatione per altri) in Italy.
Support Non-Recognition of Foreign Birth Certificates (Administrative Circulars).
Discredit opposing movements such as:
- Rete Lenford (Lenford Network).
- Arcigay.
- Famiglie Arcobaleno.
- Giù le mani dai nostri figli e dalle nostre figlie movement.
Discredit so-called “anti-discrimination” and similar LGBT bills - (example: Legge Zan).
Support to counter the Judicial Reform / Legislative Action (Constitutional Court vs. Legislative Action). We are conscious with
Support counter any European legal action against Italy such as (in the past) Oliari v. Italy, 2015 that try to compromise the Italian constitution.
Support legal action against enemies of Italian Constitution and conservative values (International law, UN, ICC, ICJ, etc).

What counts is excellence and dedication:
We have potential CAT and other UN treaties violations against pro LGBT countries / actions. We also have field experience in the US/Canada, defending our own child. We believe that we have to use international law to fight. And we have an excellent case in international law.
Me, my husband, and my son are ready to come to Italy and consult for the government (we want to be useful). I am an ex operations director, I made around 90k-120k USD. My husband is a graduate from Sciences Po (France). We are high level individuals and we did hundreds of pages of personnel research on LGBT laws in the US / Canada. We are confronted to the system here. We believe that if you want to succeed, you need to give Global benchmarks of LGBT policies catastrophic failures: we are capable of that.
I have extensive legal background with my husband. We know the major Supreme court rulings in the US, their legal basis, etc. We know the weaknesses in these rulings and we researched extensively the catastrophic consequences of some rulings/laws. We have strong arguments to overturn/discredit anything. We will be honoured to work on any task force to overturn all LGBT laws, we will be happy to do it. We can support in research and content creation. You cannot ignore such a call. Pro-LGBT countries cannot continue to import LGBT immigrants while you miss two valuable allies: me and my husband. By “importing us” urgently (me: an Italian citizen and my Husband, a graduate from one of the most prestigious French schools), you are also importing highly skilled people with thousands of hours of work and dedication. You are litterally importing intellectual soldiers. Me and my husband were working on the subject for more than 1.5 years to save our son, my husband has almost 10 years in biblical Jewish studies.
With our experience, me and my husband want to help create cultural content for the Italian and the European population. If it is your vision, and because of the means of 2025, we believe that we can extend our outreach globally.
